Thank you for choosing Santiebs. We are committed to providing you with the finest and most exquisite fragrances. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please review the following terms:

    • Any purchase can be canceled within 12 hours from the time of purchase.

    • For payments made via Cash on Delivery, no refund will be issued.
    • For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, refunds will be processed into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of cancellation.
    • If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe wallet balance, the refund will be instant post order cancellation and can be later transferred into your bank account by contacting PhonePe customer support.

    • Once an order is customized with your consent, it cannot be canceled.

    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellation requests may be accepted or rejected at our discretion.
    • Registered users can cancel orders by clicking the 'Cancel' button on the website within 12 hours of placing the order. The cancel button will be deactivated after 12 hours.
    • Guest users must initiate the cancellation procedure by emailing info@santiebs.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
    • If a cancellation request is received within 12 hours, a full refund will be provided.
    • If the order has been processed or approved by Santiebs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
    • Santiebs will give necessary instructions to the payment gateway within 7 working days for the refund. Please note that payment gateways may take up to 14 days for processing.

Third-party Access

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

  • Third-party Tools: We acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Disclaimer Policy

  • Custom-made Products: All custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Color Discrepancy: We ship the same products displayed on our website, and we do our best to display the color of the products as accurately as possible. Sometimes, however, some colors may appear different on your system (be it a computer/laptop/tablet/phone) from the real color. Such color differences are not to be considered a factor while comparing a requested and delivered product.

  • Return Procedure: Buyers should never send back an item without our confirmation email; otherwise, no credit or replacement shall be given.
