Thank you for choosing Santiebs. We are committed to providing you with the finest and most exquisite fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  1. Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, as it was when it left our warehouse. Perfume bottles must not be opened, tampered with, or used in any way.
  • Return Period: You may initiate a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  1. Return Process
  • Products damaged or defective upon delivery (if any manufacturing defect) may be returned for refund or exchange. Please inspect product upon receipt and contact us immediately. Santiebs will then make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether the claimed defective item is eligible for return based on the information you provide us.

In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered please notify us as soon as possible.

Please provide the order number and ensure that you keep the box, packing materials including packing note and all items received for inspection.

 

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at info@santiebs.comto request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
  • Once you receive the RA number, carefully package the item(s), including the RA number on the return package.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  1. Refunds

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it and place a new order for the right item. Please note, the original product must be unused in order to get a refund.

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and inspecting their condition, we will process your refund.

  • If the returned item(s) meet our return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If the item(s) do not meet our return conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund, and we will contact you to arrange the return of the item(s) at your expense.
  • The refund will be processed to the bank account. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty.
  • We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 7 business days.

 

  1. Exchanges
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive any manufacturing damage or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
